If we deny your request in whole or in part, you will receive a written explanation. You may appeal our decision by replying to that explanation with "Appeal" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you may have the right to contact your state's attorney general to submit a complaint.
Authorized Agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf.
6. Global Privacy Control and Opt-Out Signals
Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. If your browser or device transmits a GPC signal when you visit our website, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser and device.
Note: The GPC signal applies on a per-browser and per-device basis. It does not apply retroactively to prior data uses.
